By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Important — what this Service is. OptionMeshai is a data-driven analytics and educational tool for observing market structure and studying institutional behaviour. It is not investment advice, a research-analyst or investment-adviser service, a portfolio manager, a broker, or a provider of trading tips, buy/sell calls, or guaranteed signals. All outputs are informational and observational only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service provides analytical visualisations, market-structure observations, and educational content derived from publicly available and licensed market data. Features, data, and availability may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service, its data, or any analytical output is accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or financial instrument. The Service relies on third-party market-data providers, cloud infrastructure, and a payment gateway. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or acts of these third parties. Your use of a third-party payment gateway is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
